From growing in Rockaway beach always having something to do in Lindenwood as well as having a lot of friends in Howard beach gotta say All American Bagel & Barista Company is striving at all times to be the best they can be with delicious and fresh food truly an authentic deli. This is a go to establishment always attentive service here the deli is always clean coffee fresh. I have been treated like family since my first time going here I truly feel Rob, Joe & their faculty deserve the best attention for this outstanding place that always wants to be good to its customers. I always recommend Bagel & Barista to anyone hungry in regards to a memorable experience. This establishment will always be family to me as well

Thank you for the company for getting back so fast. Unfortunately I was driving at the time that this initially review came in and was going to complete my review after work. Why I gave you guys One star. It's because I was really upset that I came in for a grilled cheese and I got 2 which was $11 and some change and I specifically asked for the cheese to fully cover the bread. But I only wanted one and a 1/2 pieces of cheese not two full slices and they literally put a 1/2 slice of cheese on one side of the bread so when the sandwich was cut in half there was only cheese on half the sandwich and I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches that was almost $12. That was very upsetting especially since I was getting ready to drive. If she did not understand the request, then she could have simply indicated so, but she repeated it back to me exactly how I wanted it and described it so I knew she understood my request. So for now, the cook to go ahead and do it with a 1/2 a piece of cheese on a grilled cheese that's just ridiculous. And he shouldn't maybe ask questions if he didn't understand so my one star stands. Enjoy the rest of your day.

I give them one star because they are CONSISTENT. Been trying them out approx 1x a year for YEARS and they are CONSISTENT. Employees are only interested in the locals who they know. They are not interested in making any new repeat customers. A very unwelcoming vibe to anyone they don't know. I ordered the Chicken Vodka Sandwich. It was not what it should have been. The chicken was not even seasoned. There was not enough vodka sauce. The whole thing needed seasoning and salt. So disappointing. I hope they improve eventually. The food did come out hot. I just did not enjoy it.

It's hit or miss here. The quality and freshness of the food is great, but the quality of how their sandwiches are put together needs work.They need a great sandwich maker there. Someone who takes real pride in what they do. For the prices they charge I would expect a more properly made sandwich. I've gotten buttered rolls with pastrami bits in it as if no one cleaned the knife and the butter not properly spread evenly for $3.25. (That was yesterday)I've gotten heros with mayo on only 1 side of the bread and cheese on the bottom of a sandwich. Maybe I have OCD but I've been a deli worker making sandwiches for over 20 yrs and always cared about proper placement of ingredients in a sandwich. It's just disappointing with their price to quality making ratio. They should take $3 off the hero prices if they are just going to throw ingredients on bread and expect me to come back. On the plus side, their bagels are top notch, They are real deal nyc style bagels and their chicken vodka heros are amazing! Bagels in the morning are always hot and fresh . Staff is always friendly and curtious. It does get very busy during the morning rush. Better to order ahead.
